There may well have been racing at Newmarket on 19 September, but the real event was Maria and Rupert’s wedding. The Catholic church of Our Lady and St Etheldreda was host for the ceremony and provided beautiful light. We then all travelled the short distance to Bedford Lodge Hotel for the reception drinks, meal and...  Not the circuit, but at Brandshatch Hotel where Lucy and James got married on 31 August. Despite thunderstorms over much of the UK, the weather was kind to us – plus we had the luxury of the whole hotel to ourselves. This is also this first time I have seen anyone use a flower pot...  It’s not often I have an opportunity to photograph a very local wedding – in my home town of Shepperton – but Emily and Daniel’s wedding took place at St Nicholas’ Church in the beautiful Church Square in the middle of August. The promised rain held off and the reception was at St George’s Tennis...  Emily and Daniel were brought up in Shepperton and now own a very successful bathroom shop, Sanctuary Bathrooms. We all enjoyed a very relaxed couple of hours or so yesterday on a pre-wedding shoot in the beautiful local church square and then by the lock.
